Antennex publishes Owen Duffy?

Update: 04/03/2011 Antennex appears to have copied another VK1OD article in their Feb 2011 edition, again without permission. I have sent a 'Cease and Desist' notice and Jack Stone advises they they have removed all articles authored by myself. I am unable to verify this as again, my access to the site has been denied.

It would appear from Antennex's home page on 1 August 2010, that they have 'published' an article entitled "Inverted L for HF" attributed to Owen Duffy under the following heading.

Extract from Antennex's July 2010 announcement page

The quoted part of the article on their announcement page suggests that it is a direct copy of the article Inverted L for HF from this website.

Antennex have never sought nor obtained my permission to publish or to copy any of my material, and the publication is a clear violation of copyright ownership, and by a commercial organisation that bleats about respect for intellectual property. Indeed their own stated policy is Piracy will be prosecuted.

I am aware, and have been for a very long time of the opportunity to publish in Antennex, but have chosen not to do so for reasons that I do not care to canvas here.
